The trip to Thenmala and Palaruvi was planned before Sunil Chettan's Marriage in 2010. We all (Sunil, Murali, Anoop, Ajith, Abhilash, Jiji, Sarath and Myself) met at Kazhakuttom and began our journey in a Winger which was booked by Murali. We had our breakfast from Palode and purchased some food for lunch also. The road was not so good with lots of curves and bends but the views on both sides were spectacular.

The Water fall was superb. There were lots of people both native and foreigners. We had a bath in the stream and took many pictures. We spend time by playing in the river for some hours.

On the return journey we halted at Kallada irrigation project, Thenmala to see the Dam.
